We admit to not always being the fastest; and we don’t really want to be.

Our path is a different one, and is steeped in tradition. Our company philosophy has always been characterized by highest quality, technological innovation and unconditional service towards our customers.

Each individual Schaller component is treated with the same, infinite attention to detail. Every detail is an expression of our passion; it is Made by Schaller.

We have an in-house production depth of 100% - something we will never change. Every single screw, every washer, every individual component is manufactured by us before being combined to create the finished product. For example, the Schaller Tremolo is made of more than 50 individual parts, and each one has passed through all of our various departments: Turning, Fabrication, Drilling, Polishing, Electroplating and Assembly; and all the while under the close eye of our stringent quality controlling.

For many years we have been striving to provide the world’s discerning musicians with performing pleasure through our precision products.

Tradition and requirements demand that each individual component - whether cast, turned or punched - be manufactured in our own factory.
This is the only way we can ensure the highest quality for the innumerable product variants and modifications demanded by our customers.

Every Schaller employee is a specialist in the manufacturing of his component and, therefore, produces a perfectly coordinated part, which ultimately ensures the excellence of our products.

It has been my privilege and duty for the last 30 years as Plant Manager, to utilize my mold-designing knowledge for the development and manufacture of Schaller’s unique products, and to support our customers in the realization of their ideas and patents.
